Job summary

Fraser Health’s Ridge Meadows Hospital is seeking an ED locum with strong emergency medicine credentials to join the medical staff with a view to long-term collaboration. Certification in Emergency Medicine or substantial ED experience is preferred, and ACLS, ATLS and PALS/APLS are required.

The role will provide coverage in a busy community ED and involve coordination with the hospital's medical staff and services across the Fraser Health network.

Qualifications

Role and Facility Information

The Emergency Department at Ridge Meadows Hospital is seeking to fill a locum position, with a view to joining the medical staff, if mutually agreeable. Emergency Medicine certification or extensive ED experience preferred and must have ACLS, ATLS and PALS/APLS.

Ridge Meadows Hospital is a community hospital providing primary and secondary acute care and specialty services including 24/7 emergency, ambulatory care, day surgery, general and internal medicine, rehabilitation, maternity care, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, critical care, pharmacy, medical imaging, and a medical laboratory for both inpatient and outpatient needs.

The site also offers a continuum of adult psychiatric and social services available on an inpatient and outpatient basis.

CPSBC US certified class of registration acceptable.
