Fraser Health Authority in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Emergency Team at Burnaby Hospital. This role leads patient flow across Adult, Pediatric and MH/SU zones and coordinates multi-disciplinary care in a fast-paced environment.

The incumbent provides leadership, budget oversight, policy implementation, and staff development, requiring a Nursing degree with significant emergency/mental health experience and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree with at least 5 years of emergency/mental health/pediatric experience.
• Current practicing registration with BCCNM.
• Two years supervisory/administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily patient flow across three Emergency zones.
• Provide direction to Patient Care Coordinators and staff.
• Administer and monitor the Adult ED budget and resources.
• Recruit and evaluate clinical staff and ensure standards.
