Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Embedded Tester to join a major Canadian aerospace company in the greater Montreal area. The successful candidate should have 5+ years total experience, 3 of which are in embedded software, and strong Python skills for developing test scripts and test cases.

GIT, Jira, Agile and Confluence experience are required, with exposure to SonarQube and VectorCAST considered a plus. Nice to have bilingual FR/EN, Linux, Yocto and Petalinux.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total experience in embedded software.
• 3+ years in embedded software environment.
• Strong Python skills developing test scripts and test cases.
• Experience with Git, Jira, Agile, Confluence.
• Exposure to SonarQube and VectorCAST is a plus.

Job description

Expérience en « Software in the Loop » et « Hardware in the Loop »

5 years of embedded software experience

Minimum 3 years in testing

Software in the loop and hardware in the loop experience

Previous experience working with git, Jira, Agile, confluence

Previous exposure to Sonarcube and vectorcast for unit testing would be considered an asset

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Strong bilingual FR/EN skills are preferred

Experirence with Linux development environment, Yocto, Petalinux
