A top SaaS marketing firm in Canada is seeking a Head of Email Marketing to build and optimize their flagship newsletter and lifecycle campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in email marketing within a SaaS or B2B context, with a strong writing and editing ability. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to shape how Knak shows up in the inbox - building a new B2B newsletter and owning the entire email channel, from strategy to nurture.
As Head of Email Marketing, you’ll build Knak’s flagship newsletter from the ground up: defining its voice, format, and creative direction, then owning it end to end - from writing and curation, to design, to performance optimization.
But this role is more than just a newsletter. You’ll also architect Knak’s pre-customer lifecycle campaigns (welcome, nurture, re‑engagement, product education), making sure our prospects and customers experience thoughtful, high‑performing journeys. And you’ll partner closely with our Head of Brand & Content to turn your insights and experiments into stories that fuel Knak’s broader content engine.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves to write, curate, and experiment - but also wants to shape how a fast‑growing SaaS brand shows up in the inbox.
