We are looking for a data‑driven creative and detail‑oriented Email & Digital Engagement Specialist to join our marketing team in the Banff Jasper Collection. This role is responsible for developing and executing email and SMS communications and digital engagement tactics that increase Pursuits visibility in key guest touchpoints. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Marketing this position will be a key member of the BJC Revenue team.
This role will be based in Banff or Jasper preferably. Some travel to and from other locations will be required. The successful candidate must be eligible to work in Canada.

Email Communication Management: Design, build and deploy targeted emails including guest affiliate and group communications, guest pre‑arrival upsell and confirmation emails, SMS and crisis response. Collaborate closely with the Global Lifecycle Marketing team to maintain consistency in a high‑quality digital experience and support broader demand generation efforts.
Digital Visibility: Manage and optimize Pursuits presence across third‑party digital platforms including Google OTAs, review sites, partner portals and industry listings.
Brand consistency and accuracy: Ensure brand consistency, accuracy of information and alignment across all external profiles and guest communications to enhance visibility, engagement and lead generation.
Performance Analysis: Monitor email performance, analyze KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion) and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Provide analysis of website analytics and online sales for performance reporting.
Cross-Channel Engagement: Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to ensure content accuracy and cohesive messaging across email, web and social channels.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all communications comply with data privacy regulations and follow email marketing best practices.
