Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver customized fitness programs at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. Join a team that values expertise, flexibility, and client results.

As a Certified Trainer, you’ll design programs, track progress with the Svetness App, and collaborate with our support team to ensure seamless scheduling and ongoing growth. A flexible schedule and potential bonuses accompany competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with accreditation by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• CPR/AED certification up to date.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction at clients' homes or outdoors.
• Customize client workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Use the Svetness Fitness App for programming and session notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with/without modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software.
• Provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
