  • 4+ years of Financial industry Executive Admin experience.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to anticipate needs in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars and coordinate meetings.
  • Act as the RVP’s delegate for email and phone during absences.
  • Organize quarterly town halls and employee recognition celebrations.
