Job summary

A regional educational institution in Timmins is seeking a part-time Elementary School Secretary Assistant to support the school secretary in essential job requirements. Qualifications
  • Post Secondary Diploma in Office Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Aspen and Sparkrock is considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
