Qualifications

• OCT Certificate and in good standing is required.
• Will be familiar with First Nations, Inuit and Metis Cultures within our region and experience working with First Nation, Metis and Inuit students, their families and communities within Northwestern Ontario.
• Experience as a staff developer, lead learner and facilitator
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with and/or experience in working cooperatively with staff, administration and educational partners
• This position will require a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) or a Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) at the employee's expense.
