Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with electronic, electrical, control and low-voltage systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical manuals and equipment documentation
• Experience using electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands and respond effectively to equipment failures

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair duties on a variety of complex non-clinical electronic systems in accordance with manuals, specifications and AHS standards
• Diagnose issues, complete repairs, and perform preventative maintenance
• Support ongoing upgrades and projects throughout the hospital
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, maintenance staff, vendors and contractors to ensure reliability of critical systems
