Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Post-secondary training in electronics or related field is an asset.
• Experience in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical documentation and BOMs.
• Reliable, self-motivated and collaborative with safety focus.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to support peak production periods and various activities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical and cable assemblies, components, wiring, and harnesses.
• Perform manual SMT soldering and PCB rework under magnification.
• Read engineering drawings, schematics, BOMs, and instructions.
• Inspect, test, and verify product quality and specs.
• Complete production records and inventory documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and suggest process improvements.
• Support improvements to methods, tooling, and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
