Job Overview

• NOC Job Code/Title: 22310 - Salary $36.00 hourly / 37.5 hours per week

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3 years to less than 5 years of experience

Work Setting and Responsibilities:
On site, laboratory setting
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities include:

• Assist in design, development, and testing
• Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports
• Assist in inspecting, testing, and adjusting electronic components
• Assist in building and testing prototypes to specifications
• Collect and compile operational or experimental data
• Conduct or supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems
• Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports
• Train staff
• Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
• Plan and arrange for trade shows and exhibits
• Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
• Develop and implement marketing and advertising and sales strategies
• Analyze material, write manuals, user guides, and other documents to explain clearly and concisely the installation, operation, and maintenance of software and electronic, mechanical, and other equipment
