Job summary

Staff Plus is hiring General Labourers / Electronics Disassemblers for our client in Scarborough, Ontario. This hands-on role involves taking apart electronic equipment, sorting components, and removing materials such as batteries, paper, ink toners, and cables.

The position pays CAD 20.00 per hour with Day and Afternoon shifts available. You will disassemble devices, sort materials, check quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable using hand and power tools to disassemble electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble electronic devices and components using hand tools and power tools.
• Sort mixed materials into the correct categories.
• Remove batteries, paper, ink toners, cables, and other related materials.
• Cut cables off electronic equipment as required.
• Sort various types of batteries safely and accurately.
• Check materials for quality and ensure items are properly categorized.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Repeat tasks throughout the shift while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and instructions.

In this role, you will help take apart electronic equipment, sort components, remove materials such as batteries, paper, ink toners, and cables, and ensure items are properly separated and organized. Location: Scarborough, ON Pay: $20.00 per hour Shifts Available: Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Afternoon Shift: 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
