Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance in King City, Ontario, is seeking experienced electricians who can work independently on residential service calls. The role involves diagnosing issues, repairing or replacing devices, and ensuring safety and code compliance during every service visit.

You’ll travel between appointments using a mobile app, document work with photos, and communicate clearly with customers and our dispatch team.

Qualifications

Service Calls May Include

Who We’re Looking For

This Role Is Best Suited For Electricians Who

• Have at least 5 years of paid electrical experience
• Can complete electrical service work independently without supervision
• Have experience diagnosing and repairing residential electrical systems
• Understand electrical safety, code requirements, and the limits of their legal scope
• Communicate professionally with customers and our operations team
• Take pride in accurate troubleshooting and quality workmanship

You Will Also Need

• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your own electrical tools and testing equipment
• A suitable smartphone for GPS, mobile work apps, photos, and digital work orders
• Basic English communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong organization

Professional Qualifications

Preference may be given to electricians with:

• Valid electrical trade qualifications
• Strong residential service-call experience
• Commercial service experience
• Experience with troubleshooting, lighting, circuits, panels, and electrical repairs
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety and code compliance
• Proven diagnostic and problem-solving ability

Assignments are matched to each electrician’s verified qualifications, legal work authority, and approved scope of work.

Compensation is based on experience, verified qualifications, approved scope of work, and the type of appointment assigned.
