Job summary

MacLean Engineering & Marketing Co. Limited is seeking Electrical Sub Assemblers for our North Bay, ON facility. Join a fast-paced Production team building heavy duty mining equipment for customers worldwide.

The role involves assembling electrical components, testing to specifications, wiring, soldering, and continuous improvement through safety and quality practices. Training and cross-training across departments may occur.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or Certificate of Completion.
• Diploma or Degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Previous electrical experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate electrical equipment, parts, and components.
• Test electrical parts and assemblies to ensure conformance to standards.
• Read and interpret basic engineering drawings and schematics.
• Cut wires and conduit to specified lengths and label/install.
• Crimp, solder, and finish wiring as required.
• Perform basic continuity testing and troubleshoot assemblies.
• Operate testing equipment (e.g., Multimeter) for inspection.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 and safety procedures; maintain housekeeping.
