Job summary

A leading plumbing and electrical service provider in Nova Scotia is seeking an experienced Electrician. You will lead residential electrical service projects, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems while providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience and a valid Electrician License. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 – $120,000+ annually with performance-based incentives and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service experience.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and complete residential electrical service projects
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems
• Provide exceptional customer service in homes and on job sites
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate updates with customers and team members
• Represent Tom Drexler professionally while operating company-provided vehicle
• Mentor and support junior electricians as needed

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service experience
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional, reliable, and motivated to succeed

Preferred:

• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License
• Experience leading or mentoring other electricians
• Interest in professional growth and continued education
