Job summary

Clubshop is seeking a Revit Modeler (Electrical) to join its building systems team in Toronto, ON. The role focuses on creating detailed 3D electrical models in Revit, coordinating with engineers and architects, and maintaining BIM standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in Revit modeling, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across stakeholders. Hybrid work options and a diverse project mix are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Revit modeling experience, preferably electrical systems
• Proficient in Revit with ability to meet deadlines
• Technical training in building drafting or related field

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 3D electrical models in Revit from plans and specifications
• Model electrical building systems including power, lighting and low-voltage
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure drawing accuracy
• Participate in coordination meetings to discuss project tech aspects
• Maintain BIM standards and proper file management
• Identify inconsistencies in drawings and propose adjustments
• Update models based on changes throughout the project
