ABOUT THE ROLE
The Electrical Reliability Planner is responsible for improving the reliability, availability, and performance of plant electrical assets through effective planning, scheduling, inspection, condition monitoring, and maintenance optimization activities.
This position develops and manages preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for electrical equipment, ensuring maintenance resources, materials, and third party services are planned and executed safely, efficiently, and cost effectively. The role supports continuous improvement of equipment reliability and maintenance performance through SAP PM management, condition-based maintenance, root cause analysis, shutdown planning, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
The Electrical Reliability Planner works closely with Operations, Mechanical, Project, Procurement, and contractors to achieve plant safety, reliability, availability, and cost objectives while following the Amrize Integrated Maintenance (AIM), Maintenance Management System (MAC), and corporate maintenance standards.
Education: Bachelors Degree or Journeyman Electrician (Red Seal preferred)
Field of Study Preferred: Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a Journeyman Electrician qualification (Red Seal preferred)
Required Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning, reliability, or a related role within a cement or heavy industrial environment. Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance is preferred.
Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Projects), Google Docs (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), SAP (PM, MM, PS, CATS), TIS, PACT
Travel Requirements: 10%
