Job summary

Expleo Group Canada is seeking an Electrical Quality Agent in Mirabel, QC to join a dynamic and expanding team. You will read and analyze electrical harness drawings, manufacture harnesses, route and secure wiring, and test final assemblies while ensuring quality and production pace.

The role requires avionics/electrical training credentials, autonomy, and the ability to work in confined spaces and at heights, with English communication and French an asset.

Qualifications

• A D.E.P. in Aircraft Wiring and Circuit Assembly or an accelerated electrical training proof.
• A D.E.C. or A.E.C. in Avionics Technology or equivalent.
• High school diploma with 3 years of aircraft electrical assembler experience in the last 5 years.
• Demonstrated autonomy and initiative; works well in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and analyze electrical and mechanical drawings and diagrams from assembly workbooks.
• Manufacture electrical harnesses per drawing, diagram, and work procedure requirements.
• Route, crimp, install, and secure wires, cables, harnesses, and equipment.
• Test continuity and conductivity of the final assembly.
• Perform quality control on manufactured subassemblies and electrical harnesses.
• Ensure compliance with production standards and pace.
• Perform other related duties as needed by experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• A D.E.P.* in Aircraft Wiring and Circuit Assembly, OR

• Proof of successful completion of an accelerated electrical training program, OR

• A D.E.C.* or A.E.C.* in Avionics Technology, OR

• A high school diploma AND a minimum of 3 years of experience as an aircraft electrical assembler within the last 5 years.

• You demonstrate autonomy and initiative and work well within a multidisciplinary team.

• You will be required to work in confined spaces.

• You will be required to work regularly at heights of up to 30 feet.

• Ability to adopt and maintain various physical positions required for the role.

• This position requires awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to acting with integrity, which is the foundation of the company’s success, reputation, and sustainable growth.

• Communication skills in English; French is an asset.
