Job summary

Rexel Group in Belleville, Ontario is seeking a Warehouse Associate to efficiently pick orders, pack shipments, and maintain stock accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will handle paperwork, verify incoming goods in AS400, and help with cycle counts while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a minimum of three years in warehousing, Grade 12 or equivalent, and familiarity with AS400 and Windows.

Qualifications

• Three years of warehouse experience.
• Grade 12 or equivalent education.
• Proficiency with AS400 and Windows environments.
• Electrical distribution knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Select orders for electrical parts, check accuracy and pack for shipment.
• Process and prepare shipping paperwork including bills of lading and invoices.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments; enter inventory into AS400.
• Process returns and re-enter into inventory system.
• Maintain warehouse stock levels.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and practices.
• Answer phones and assist at the Counter when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
