Job summary

Integrated Power Services, LLC. is actively seeking engineering-oriented candidates for an evergreen posting in Sherbrooke, Canada.

This role supports studies of coordination, harmonics, and arc flash, contributing to medium voltage electrical equipment projects, under supervision. You will work with a team focused on safety, integrity, and client outcomes, while pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering and holding a Class 5 driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (in progress).
• Hold a Class 5 driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination, harmonic, short-circuit and arc flash studies.
• Participate in load profiling and analysis of electrical disturbances.
• Contribute to thermal, dielectric and partial discharge testing on MV electrical equipment.
• Support sizing of electrical network components (transformers, switching gear, protection relays).
• Assist in selecting protection relays and MV distribution equipment.
• Develop detailed engineering plans under supervision.
