The role involves assisting in developing schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with building codes, and coordinating with contractors. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in developing and managing project schedules, budgets and resources.
  • Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Communicate project status to the Project Manager.
  • Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide technical support to project team members.
  • Ensure quality control and quality assurance for all project deliverables.
  • Attend project meetings and facilitate communication among team members.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc projects assigned.

Working location: Islandwide based on the projects (Office at Woodlands) - will station in 1 location only
