Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Electrical Engineer to join our client's cutting-edge aerospace engineering team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, analyzing, testing, and supporting low-power electronic and electrical circuits used in advanced aerospace systems. You'll play a key part in technical coordination, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with rigorous customer and industry standards.

  • Pay Rate : $60.00 / hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities :
  • Perform electrical / electronic circuit design and analysis, focusing on low-power systems.
  • Develop and execute test procedures, conduct testing, and prepare comprehensive test reports.
  • Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Manage engineering changes, ensuring traceability and configuration control.
  • Coordinate technical activities within the engineering function to meet all customer requirements.
  • Establish and maintain technical plans, estimates, and schedules; provide regular progress updates to project engineering and management.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects with shared resources in a fast-paced environment.
  • Serve as the hardware team focal point, interfacing with other internal functions and external customers.
  • Lead and participate in technical design reviews with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure project success
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical / electronic circuit design and development.
  • Strong understanding of electrical / electronic design, analysis, simulation, build, test, and support processes.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Eligibility to work on defense projects; must meet CGP (Controlled Goods Program) clearance requirements
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
