Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably electrical.
  • Ability to adapt to change and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update detailed master schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Evaluate client-provided schedules and provide feedback on sequencing and durations.
  • Identify critical path activities and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Track schedule variances and communicate impacts on cost and timelines.
  • Generate reports including look-ahead schedules, and resource loading.
  • Participate in site coordination meetings and support field teams with scheduling insights.
  • Train and coach team members on scheduling processes and tools.
