Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a related field, 10+ years preferred.
• Solid technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in electrical and automation (PLC) design.
• Drafting (CAD) experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with self-initiative.

• Manage capital projects and engineering design support for the Steel Mill.
• Collaborate with production area staff and maintenance personnel.
• Focus on safety, quality, production capabilities, and cost efficiency.
• Balance strategic project planning and day-to-day operations.
