Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Job Description

Join a leading provider of tire temperature and pressure management solutions in the mining and industrial markets. We specialize in designing and manufacturing high‑quality electronic devices, such as controllers and sensors, that meet the demands of our diverse clientele. Our team is committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Work Environment

Work in a relatively small office/shop environment with a production team of five people, fostering a tight‑knit team atmosphere. The position is full‑time, Monday to Friday, with 8‑hour shifts starting between 8 am and 9 am.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect all components prior to assembly to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Assemble the final product, experimental circuitry, or complete prototype models according to engineering instructions, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronic systems and components.
  • Recommend changes in circuitry or installation specifications to simplify assembly and maintenance.
  • Set up standard test apparatus or devise test equipment and circuitry to conduct functional, operational, environmental, and life tests to evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production models.
  • Analyze and interpret test data.
  • Adjust, calibrate, align, and modify circuitry and components, and record effects on unit performance.
  • Apply epoxy, conformal coating, and PCB Silastic.
Essential Skills
  • 1 year of electrical assembly experience.
  • Experience with PCB assembly, soldering, mechanical assembly, and electronic assembly.
  • Experience with fabrication using basic hand tools and power tools.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Skills in wiring, soldering, electrical assembly, and blueprint reading.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous electrical assembly experience is a plus.
  • Certificate in Electronics is nice to have.
