Location: Perth, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire control panels and systems using schematics, blueprints, and clear instructions
• Lay out wiring sequences and component placement with precision
• Conduct hands-on testing to ensure every product meets the highest standards
• Adhere to CSA, UL, and CEC codes while promoting a culture of quality
• Share ideas to improve processes—your input matters here
• Participate in safety programs, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
• Operate responsibly with all provided PPE and tools
• Support your team and take pride in every build

Essential Skills

• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams confidently
• Skilled in soldering, crimping, and panel wiring
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly
• Strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with milling and drilling equipment
