Job summary

Osprey Electric Ltd. on Vancouver Island seeks Level 2–4 Electrical Apprentices to join the Courtenay/Comox Valley team. Learn under Red Seal Journeypersons and Foremen while gaining hands-on experience across residential, commercial and multi-residential projects.

You’ll develop skills through mentorship, training, and real-world work on safe, high-quality installations across Central Vancouver Island.

Qualifications

• Registered Level 2–4 Electrical Apprentice.
• Minimum 1,500 hours of electrical experience.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Residential, commercial, or multi-residential experience is an asset.
• Safety-focused with pride in delivering quality workmanship.
• Professional and respectful with customers and fellow trades.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential, commercial, and multi-residential electrical projects.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems under supervision.
• Complete rough-ins, finishing work, panel installations, lighting, and equipment installations.
• Pull wire, install devices, and assist with service work.
• Read and interpret basic electrical drawings and project specs.
• Maintain clean, organized and professional worksites; communicate with customers and team.
