Job summary

Joaquin Family in Calgary is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support an elderly woman with a disability at her home. You will provide bedside and personal care, assist with bathing, and facilitate light exercise and daily activities.

The role includes light housekeeping, clothing care, and comfort-focused support. On-site, 30–40 hours per week with CAD 22 per hour; optional live-in accommodation available, and a criminal record check is required.

Qualifications

• Languages: English.
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Care for elderly woman with disability.
• Assist with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
• Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walks.
• Mend clothing and linens; perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
