Qualifications

• 5+ years’ EHS experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• 3+ years’ experience with EHS federal regulatory compliance.
• 3+ years’ EHS experience specific to the province of Ontario preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish safety standards consistent with MTI and local regulations.
• Ensure a high level of compliance with environmental regulations.
• Develop multi-year plans for continuous improvement.

Skills

Experience with environmental regulations

Knowledge of safety regulations

Experience implementing safety culture change

Education

Bachelor’s degree in environmental, Safety or Engineering
