Qualifications

• 5+ years’ EHS experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• 3+ years’ experience specific to the province of Ontario strongly preferred.
• Experience implementing a safety culture change is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish safety standards for the Brantford plant.
• Ensure compliance with provincial, regional, and local standards.
• Provide analysis of EHS performance metrics.
• Lead Joint Health & Safety Committee training and meetings.
• Conduct safety analyses on job functions.
