A leading global materials company located in Burlington is seeking an EHS Coordinator to enhance and lead Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives. You will focus on process improvement, training, and compliance auditing within the manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of experience in safety roles, a high school diploma, and strong knowledge of OSHA standards. This role requires on-site presence with no remote work available.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in an HR or Safety role within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and AS9100/AS13100 audit processes and compliance standards.
• Experience tracking and analyzing training metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize EHS programs and initiatives.
• Conduct internal and external audits for EHS compliance.
• Monitor and report EHS performance metrics.
