I'm currently looking for an EHS Advisor to join a world-class manufacturing company recognized for its technical excellence and strong commitment to safety and sustainability.

Your Role :

Reporting to the EHS Coordinator, you'll play a key role in implementing, monitoring, and improving all health, safety, and environmental programs at the plant. Your main duties will include :

  • Administering plant health and safety programs (audiometry, occupational risks, heat stress, respiratory protection, etc.)
  • Managing and documenting workplace injuries, illnesses, and incident follow-ups
  • Scheduling occupational health visits and ensuring compliance of all medical records
  • Maintaining EHS databases, including SDS files and sampling records
  • Preparing monthly incident statistics and internal reports
  • Participating in internal audits and compliance inspections
  • Supporting the team in applying EHS policies and promoting a proactive safety culture
Your Profile :
  • Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Environment, or related field (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of Quebec EHS standards and regulations
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Team-oriented, with excellent communication abilities across all levels
Working Conditions :
  • Permanent full-time position based in Laval (on-site)
  • Day shift - 40 hours / week
  • Annual salary between CAD 75,000 and 95,000, depending on experience
