Your Role

Egg Packer/Barn Labourer (Part-Time)

Reporting to the Farm Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for packing eggs and day-to-day operations on the farm. This is a part-time position and requires the ability to work every other weekend and 1-2 weekdays.

Day to Day

• Packing Eggs
• Farm operations including animal care and poultry husbandry
• Record-keeping (monitoring of equipment, feeders, etc.)
• Mechanical, property and yard maintenance
• Operating farm machinery including ventrac, tractor
• Must adhere to all health and safety policies and practices

Required Qualifications

• Experience in general labour
• Experience in farming is an asset
• Mechanical aptitude is an asset
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Attention to detail is required
