Salary/Wage: Educator – Non-RECE: $23.01-$25.88 per hour ($21.01-$23.88 per hour PLUS $2.00 WEG per eligible hour).
Educator – Non-RECE but with OCT, CYW/CYC, Rec & Leisure designation/diploma: Educator-RECE pay rate for hours worked in School Age programs and Educator Non-RECE pay rate for hours worked in early learning programs. Wages commensurate with qualifications and experience. Educator – RECE: $28.00 – $29.47 per hour ($24.17 – $27.47 per hour PLUS $2.00 WEG per eligible hour PLUS up to $3.00 CWELCC Annual Increase (AI) per hour up to $28.00 per hour).
