Mandatory requirements include a two-year post-secondary diploma in a relevant field (D.S.W., Youth Worker, ECE, or Practical Nursing), experience with diverse student needs, teamwork, effective communication, and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.

Qualifications

• Two-year post-secondary diploma in a relevant field such as Developmental Service Worker, Youth Worker, Early Childhood Education, or Practical Nursing (formerly RNA diploma).
• Experience working with students with multiple needs including physical needs, Autism, developmental delays, behavior, and anger management needs.
• Regular access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
