A growing software company is seeking an experienced Educator to create educational content and conduct training sessions for salon owners to enhance customer engagement and product adoption. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a similar role, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of salon operations. We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating educational content, conducting webinars, and delivering training programs to help salon owners and professionals maximize their use of Phorest salon software. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer engagement, increase product adoption, and ultimately reduce customer churn.
