Prince Albert Grand Council is accepting applications for the Education Assistant position at the Yuasni Tipi Family Treatment Centre. The Education Assistant will teach individualized education and learning programs to children and youth, supervise online learning activities, and support in Land Based learning experiences in the afternoons.
The successful candidate should have Grade 12 and an Education/Teaching Assistant Certificate, knowledge of Aboriginal culture, and a valid First Aid/CPR

Under the supervision of the Director of Yuasni, the Education Assistant is responsible for teaching individualized education and learning programs to children and youth. The Education Assistant is responsible for the academic supervision of Yuasni Tipi children and youth attendees; will provide academic support, classroom guidance, supervise online learning activities, and assist in Land Based educational activities; land based instructional activities and engage students in meaningful Land Based learning experiences in the afternoons.
