Job summary

Nelson Education LTD in Canada is seeking a tech-savvy Talent Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across technology, product, digital, publishing, and content roles that drive Nelson’s K-12 education technology growth.

You will partner with hiring leaders, use modern tools and data to deliver inclusive hiring, and ensure a strong onboarding start for new hires. The ideal candidate ramps quickly, manages multiple searches, and has ed-tech or educational publishing experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting in ed-tech, educational publishing, or K-12 education preferred.
• Strong experience with ATS, sourcing, and recruitment automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology, product, digital, publishing, content, and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on interview design, hiring decisions, and equitable, inclusive hiring processes.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, proactive outreach, and ed-tech, publishing, and education networks.
• Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
• Ensure hiring complies with employment legislation, EDI commitments, and internal policies.
