Qualifications

  • 3 years of Early Childhood experience in the childcare industry.
  • 1 year in a management role is an asset.
  • Standard First Aid Certificate / Level C First Aid Certificate.
  • Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check issued within 6 months.

  • Manage overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and compliance is maintained.
  • Coach and mentor staff including new employee onboarding.
