Job summary

Coke Canada Bottling Driver Merchandisers (or Bulk Drivers) in Edmonton deliver pre-ordered products to stores, stock and merchandise shelves, and ensure product availability on displays and end caps. Role requires a commercial license (Class 1/AZ) with a record in good standing, 1+ year of driving, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Commercial driver’s license (Class 1 or AZ) with clean record.
• 1+ year of commercial driving experience.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly.
• Ability to push/pull manual or powered equipment over short distances.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-ordered products to customers on assigned route using Coke Canada Bottling fleet.
• Check accuracy and stability of truck load.
• Inspect the truck before departure and hitch the trailer.
• Offload products and bring them into the customer’s location.
• Merchandise products in-store where needed (shelves, displays, racks, end caps).
• Maintain and replenish products in store displays and backroom areas.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Follow all policies regarding backroom, display, replenishment, equipment, and safety.

• Work Location – Edmonton
• Shift/Hours – Part‑time positions requiring flexible hours throughout the week and on weekends. Hours can fluctuate between 0 and 30 hours a week based on operational needs.
• Hourly Rate – $25.88

About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager, Coke Canada Bottling Driver Merchandisers (or Bulk Drivers) are responsible for delivery of pre‑ordered product to assigned accounts, stocking, merchandising and rotating product.

They play a critical role in ensuring Coke Canada Bottling products are readily available in stores and keep beverage sections, end caps, racks, and displays brimming with options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑ordered products to customers on assigned route using a Coke Canada Bottling fleet truck.
• Check accuracy and stability of truck load.
• Inspect the truck before departure and hitch the trailer.
• Offload products and bring them into the customer’s location.
• Merchandise product in the customer location as needed.
• Collect company property.
• Follow all Coke Canada Bottling and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
• Maintain and replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage room to front‑of‑store with manual equipment (pallet jack, hand‑truck).
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with co‑workers and customers.

Qualifications

• Commercial License with Air (Class 1 or AZ) with no major violations over the last three (3) years.
• One (1) plus year of commercial driving experience.
• One to three years of general work experience.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to repetitively lift, carry and position product (weight up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance.
• Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand‑truck) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
