Qualifications

• Minimum five years of accounting, analysis and financial reporting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for reconciliation of Payroll benefits.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations monthly.
• Assist the Controller to approve balance sheet reconstructions.
• Create work instruction documentation.
• Drive continuous improvements in processes.
