EDI Programming Manager (EDI Department) – Canada
The EDI Programming Manager will lead the programming and governance efforts to ensure Affinity Groups and Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are structured, aligned, and impactful across the firm. This role fosters internal community, visibility, and support for equity-deserving professionals while aligning programming with firmwide talent and culture objectives. The manager will also work with the Reconciliation Implementation Committee to advance the firm’s reconciliation commitments. The candidate should be collaborative, professional, adaptable, positive and dedicated.
As part of the Firm’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) team, this role can be located in any Canadian city where Fasken has offices (Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Calgary, Tsuut’ina Nations, Vancouver, Surrey). Hybrid remote work arrangements are available with onsite requirements as per business needs. The successful candidate must live in or near their regional office and be able to commute as needed.

The typical salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
