Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years

Experience: 5 years or more

Work site: On site - work must be completed at the physical location. No remote work options.

Work setting: Management

Responsibilities and Tasks
  1. Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning
  2. Evaluate daily operations
  3. Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages
  4. Plan and organize daily operations
  5. Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend machine replacements
  6. Direct quality control inspections
  7. Hire, supervise, and train employees or oversee training in new equipment or production techniques
  8. Organize and maintain inventory
  9. Plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, production systems, and work methods
  10. Plan and manage departmental budgets
