Job description

We are looking for an Economist to help advance BioTalent Canada’s labour market intelligence and insights that support workforce development across Canada's bioeconomy. The successful candidate will lead applied economic and labour market analysis, interpret complex labour market trends, and translate findings into practical insights that inform research, communications, and organizational decision-making.

This is a strategic research and analysis role for someone who enjoys connecting data, evidence, and workforce challenges to support meaningful outcomes. The Economist will collaborate with internal teams, industry partners, and workforce development councils while serving as BioTalent Canada's subject matter expert in labour market economics.
