The University of Guelph is seeking Teaching Assistants, Graduates Service Assistants & Sessional Lecturers for Fall 2026 in ECON 1050: Introductory Microeconomics. Appointments are offered as part-time and are governed by CUPE 3913 Unit 1 collective agreement.

Responsibilities include orientation-training, office hours, exam invigilation, grading and student consultation. Assignments may be 0.25 to 1.0 full-load loads depending on departmental needs and scheduling constraints.

Days and Times Required:

Must be available within 8:30-4:30pm Monday to Friday, and other commitments TBD with Instructor (i.e., grading, invigilating, etc.) as per signed supervisor/TA assignment of work agreement.Final Exam Period: December 7-22, 2026, and Final Grade Submission Period: January 7, 2027. Please see Schedule of Dates in the Undergraduate Calendar.
