As the brand continues to grow its community and expand its digital and retail footprint, they're seeking a strategic and results‑oriented eCommerce & Digital Merchandising Manager to lead digital strategy execution, optimize online performance, and create a best‑in‑class shopping experience that drives growth and engagement.
As the eCommerce & Digital Merchandising Manager, you’ll own the strategy execution of eCommerce and digital marketing, with a strong focus on merchandising, campaign planning, customer experience, and performance optimization. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with Procurement, Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, Systems, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey that drives traffic, conversion, and revenue.
This is a hands‑on, strategic role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and loves turning insights into impactful digital experiences.
The successful candidate can be based in either Vancouver or the Okanagan. This hybrid role may require travel to Kelowna. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
