• Maintain strong attention to detail and use good arithmetic skills to ensure correct quantities—product is packaged in either 3 or 12 items per box.
• As the order box moves along the order picking line conveyor, fill each station’s assigned area accurately and according to order requirements.
• Meet productivity expectations while supporting order accuracy through audits and tracking for customer satisfaction.
• Work effectively in a close team environment, take direction well, and complete cross-training in other Order Processing Dept. picking positions as needed.
