Job description

UH ECG

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Cardiac Noninvasive & Outpatient Services Department, the individual is required to perform adult electrocardiogram (ECG). This position will also include rotation in Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery Outpatient Clinics. The Department offers a wide range of diagnostic Cardiology procedures for both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Rate of pay: $32.59 per hour - $37.26 per hour

What You Bring
  • Successful completion of a two (2) year diploma program in Cardiology Technology
  • Registered Technologist with Ontario Society of Cardiology Technologist (OSCT) or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year of previous related experience
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Internet Explorer, GroupWise and Cardiac Information Databases
  • Ability to function independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and ability to manage change in a dynamic environment
  • Physically fit and able to perform duties required in this fast-paced position
