  • Clarifies offer, delivery, and cost-relevant details with sales managers and involved departments.
  • Controls order and production progress, coordinating between all departments.
  • Evaluates urgency of contracts with project manager and industry departments.
  • Prepares spare parts business information for the subsidiary and Key Account Manager.
  • Maintains order data folder (ADAM) in consultation with design.
  • Coordinates technical changes and change of scope of delivery.
  • Ensures timely delivery to the customer including shipping coordination.
  • Organizes and participates in customer acceptances (3rd Party Inspection).
  • Ensures compliance with legal export control regulations.
  • Proposes further development and improvement of the order processing process.
  • May develop and lead customer training sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Clarifies offer, delivery and cost-relevant detailed clarification with the sales managers as well as all departments involved (requesting the order entry package)
  • Controls order and production progress and coordinates between all departments
  • Evaluates the urgency of contracts in consultation with the project manager, the industry departments, design, order lines and manufacturing
  • Prepares the spare parts business: Information to the operating subsidiary and, if necessary, Key Account Manager
  • Maintains the order data folder (ADAM) in consultation with the design
  • Coordinates technical changes as well as change of scope of delivery
  • Ensures timely delivery to the customer including shipping coordination
  • Organizes and participates in customer acceptances (3rd Party Inspection etc.)
  • Ensures compliance with legal export control regulations
  • Proposes further development and improvement of the order processing process
  • May develop, implement and execute (lead) customer trainings and create new customer training formats
